I also acknowledge that SAM registrations can be completed on my own at no cost at the System for Award Management's designated website.

I authorize Federal Award Management Registration to charge the credit card provided or collect payment via check draft or eCheck for the selected services. By agreeing to these terms, I understand that I am committing to an initial term of 6 months, after which my subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the agreed upon rate. I acknowledge that I will be charged the agreed upon rate every month after the initial 6-month term, unless I provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. It is my responsibility to notify Federal Award Management Registration in writing of my intention to cancel my subscription, and I understand that failure to do so will result in continued charges at the agreed upon rate.
