I acknowledge that I have read this agreement (located above) in its entirety, understand that Federal Award Management Registration is an independent consulting firm and not a government agency, and recognize that Federal Award Management Registration does not guarantee contracts. I also acknowledge that SAM registrations can be completed on my own at no cost at the System for Award Management's designated website.

I authorize Federal Award Management Registration to charge the credit card provided or collect payment via check draft or eCheck for the selected services.
